Behind the Bricks, Part One...

    In a quaint little forest, a bear named Benny was the epitome of charm. He was the kind of bear who delighted in picnics, danced with children, and always had a honey pot within reach. His laughter echoed through the woods, filling every corner with joy. But one fateful day, Benny suffered a stroke. When he awoke, the world had changed. The once gentle bear was now deranged, his mind clouded with confusion and rage.

    As the sun dipped below the horizon, the forest grew quiet. Benny's honey pots were overturned, the sweet amber liquid pooling on the ground like spilled dreams. But instead of his usual delight, he felt a primal hunger gnawing at him €”a craving he couldn't shake. It wasn't just honey he wanted; he was drawn to something darker. The scent of fear wafted through the air, igniting an insatiable desire within him.

    Children no longer ran to him with open arms; they scattered at the mere sight of his wild eyes, their laughter replaced by screams. Benny lumbered through the woods, his mind spinning with thoughts of sweetness and flesh. €œHoney on the brain, € he mumbled, licking his lips with unsettling glee. In the moonlight, his silhouette appeared ominous, a parody of the friendly bear he once was. Just when he caught a glimpse of a small figure trembling in the shadows, he knew he had found his next meal.
