STUDALITY DMCA TAKEDOWN POLICY
1. Policy Overview
Studality respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, Studality has established the following procedure for addressing claims of copyright infringement.
2. How to Submit a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or posted on Studality’s platform in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide a written notification that includes the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate the material on Studality’s platform (e.g., URL or product ID).
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Response to DMCA Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Studality will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the uploader/artist of the removal and provide details of the claim.
- If the uploader believes the material was removed in error, they may submit a counter-notice as described below.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your district (or if outside the US, your country of residence).

Studality will forward the counter-notice to the original claimant and may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a lawsuit seeking a court order to keep the material removed.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Studality reserves the right to terminate accounts or remove content from users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
