Our Easy Returns Process:
At Studality, we want you to shop with total confidence. Every order is covered by delivery and shipping insurance at no extra cost, so your items arrive safe and secure. And while our creations are made with care, we know that sometimes things don’t go exactly to plan. That’s why we’ve kept our refund and return process simple, fair, and effortless.
1. Returns
You are welcome to initiate a return if you change your mind or no longer want your order. Please note that in these cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the original shipping fees are non-refundable.
The process is incredibly easy — simply click the Contact Us link in the footer, fill in the form, and we’ll guide you the rest of the way.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

If the fault is minor and fixable, we’ll work with you to provide a replacement part or partial refund.

If the item is irreparably damaged or faulty, you’ll receive a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
3. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed and shipped at no cost.
If you wish to cancel while your order is already in transit, we can arrange this, but please note the buyer is responsible for the shipping loss incurred.
4. Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If the return is not due to an error by Studality, and the goods are returned in their original condition, a partial refund will be issued to account for the initial shipping costs loss.
If a replacement is offered, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for items that have been opened or used.
However, if the item is unopened and in its original condition, you may request an exchange — in this case, the buyer will need to cover the return shipping cost for change-of-mind reasons.
